•  Puppies will be picked up on the Saturday between their 8th and 9th week of age.  The families each have 60 minutes to play with the puppies available before the next family is scheduled to come to choose their puppy.  
• Be sure when reserving your puppy that the Puppy Pick Day will work with your schedule.  Families coming here to pick up their puppy on puppy pick day must be able to come on the scheduled day at their scheduled time. Each family is given 60 minutes to play with the puppies and choose the one they want…..the next family will then arrive at their scheduled time so it’s important to be on time 
• If you can not make Puppy Pick Day we will work with you through pictures and short video to select your puppy, then we can arrange a pick up time that will works for both of us. 
• We also offer to deliver your puppy for a fee of $125.00/hour one way…We can meet you half way or deliver your puppy to your door. For example….If you live on the north side of Chicago, that’s about a 4 hour drive one way (we’ll go by google maps time )….So the fee would be $500. Or if you live in St Louis, that’s about a 6 hour drive so if we met you half way it would be $375 or to you door it would be $750.  This delivery service will be provided at our availability and discretion. 
• All payments must be made before the puppy leaves here.  
• Final payments done with a check, must clear bank before the puppy leaves our home. If paying the day of pick up, you must bring cash or send payment thru Zelle, Venmo or Paypal.  The payment must be clear before the puppy leaves our home.
